This experienced Social Worker role triages current referrals into the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub. You will assess whether children and families require intervention and support. The post involves working with Police, Health, Education, Housing, domestic violence advocates, Early Help, and Assessment Service partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage new referrals into the MASH
- Apply thresholds when assessing children’s needs
- Make timely decisions about intervention and support
- Work with partner agencies on referrals
- Report to MASH Team Managers

Requirements:

- Experienced Social Worker background
- Sound knowledge of threshold application
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Full Remedy registration for locum work
