We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive service experience while coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and open repair orders with accurate vehicle and customer information.
- Review warranty coverage, recalls, and service campaigns.
- Process warranty claims and maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Provide repair estimates, obtain approvals, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.




- Recommend preventative maintenance and future service needs.
- Accurately complete repair orders and invoicing.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of automotive or truck dealership experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail.
