We are currently looking for an outgoing and organized Store Manager for our 6th location in Grande Prairie. This is a full-time position for someone with Cabinet Design Experience. Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision adhering to a high code of business ethics.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer interactions.
- Ensuring that all customers are serviced in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Ensuring that contracts and related documentation are appropriate and properly executed.
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales, while evaluating store offerings.
- Manage payroll verification, employee orientation programs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Scheduling,
ensure adherence to safety standards, and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to foster a motivated team environment.
- Monitoring sales activities and providing accurate reports to the Company's Management team.
- Maintain a clean showroom and organized warehouse.
Preferred Skills
- 3 - 5 years sales experience in Cabinetry / Kitchen Design
- Construction industry background, ability to interpret blueprints and a technical aptitude.
- Cabinet Design Software experience, preferably Cabinet Vision
- Detail oriented with solid organization, leadership and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone.
- Expertise in employee orientation, training & development, and team management techniques.
- Expertise with full suite of Microsoft Office Products
- Strong Sales Ability

Pay: $60,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
