Job Overview

As an Esthetician, you’ll provide attentive, personalized service and help clients choose treatments and products suited to their needs. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, organized experience from the first interaction through follow-up, while supporting smooth coordination with colleagues.

Duties

- Perform spa services with care, explain the process, and respond thoughtfully to client questions.
- Welcome clients, support front desk tasks, manage appointments, and communicate schedule updates clearly.
- Recommend relevant retail products and services through helpful, needs-based upselling without pressure.
- Maintain an orderly service area and share client preferences or follow-up needs with colleagues. Your impact: clear handoffs help clients receive consistent, attentive service.

Qualifications

Required: Robust customer service and communication skills, attentive listening, and the ability to explain services clearly while supporting front desk interactions and client needs. Preferred: Experience with eyelash extensions, retail sales, or upselling, along with a helpful approach to product recommendations and client follow-up.

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
