Be the reason families come back. From $22 an hour, same sessions every week.

Revolution Soccer runs weekly soccer classes for kids aged 3 to 12 across the Hamilton Region, including Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Brantford and Caledonia, with current locations launching soon. Since 2017 we've coached more than 250,000 players. The coaches run the field. You run everything else on the night: you're the first face families see and the last one they talk to.

What you'll do

- Welcome every family, by name wherever you can, and sign them in
- Look after new and trial families: show them where to go, answer questions, and help them enrol on the night
- Handle waivers, uniforms and sign-ups on a tablet
- Keep changeover between classes calm and organised
- Bring the session kit to and from your sessions and store it safely in between
- Make sure every new family leaves knowing exactly what happens next

What you get

- From $22 per hour (each class is one hour; you arrive 15 minutes before the first class and leave when the last family has gone)
- Same sessions every week: Monday–Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, year-round
- A real pathway: Steps 1–4 with a pay rise at each step after a review. Pay never goes down. A route into Location Manager (running a whole location) as we grow
- Paid training on our systems and a structured start

You're a fit if

- You've worked in hospitality, retail, a front desk, camp or a rec centre and loved the people part
- You remember names and faces
- You stay calm when five families arrive at once
- You can help someone sign up without it feeling like a sales pitch

- You're happy to travel to different locations across the Hamilton Region, including new ones as we open them

Requirements

- 18+
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check before your first session (we'll guide you through it and refund the cost after 90 days)
- Two references and our free safe-sport training before you start
- Comfortable with simple tech (tablet sign-in and payments)
- Able to transport the session kit to and from sessions and store it somewhere dry and secure
- Reliable way to get to locations across the Hamilton Region

How to apply (3 minutes): apply on our careers page at revolution-soccer.com/careers (Site Admin, Hamilton Region). No cover letter. Shortlisted candidates hear from us within one business day. The process is a 15-minute call, then a short, voluntary trial night at a real session so we can both check the fit.
