What You’ll Do:

Empower Clients
Provide virtual therapy to teens and adults experiencing anxiety, neurodivergence, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and self-worth challenges.

Work at Depth
Support clients beyond surface-level coping—helping them explore patterns, build emotional safety, and reconnect with themselves using trauma-informed and attachment-based approaches.

Use Evidence-Based & Integrative Approaches
Incorporate modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, somatic practices, and parts work (IFS-informed) as appropriate.

Collaborate & Grow




Participate in consultations and be part of a team that values ongoing learning and clinical excellence.

Maintain Clinical Standards
Complete timely documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards using secure systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) or Registered Social Worker (MSW/RSW)
In good standing (RP or RP Qualifying considered, RSW)

Experience & Alignment

- Experience working with anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, or emotional regulation
- Alignment with trauma-informed, somatic, or attachment-based approaches
- Interest in deeper, relational therapy work (not just brief/solution-focused models)
- Must be willing to work one day of the weekend (Saturday or Sunday)

Languages:

- Must speak French & English

Compassion & Presence
You bring warmth, authenticity, and the ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.

Team-Oriented
You value collaboration, consultation, and being part of a connected clinical team.

Tech-Comfortable
Familiar with virtual platforms and basic tools like Google Workspace and practice management systems (Jane).

Bonus (Nice to Have):

- EMDR, IFS, or somatic therapy training
- Experience working with teens
- Background in trauma or relational therapy
- Experience working with disordered eating, autism, chronic health issues, women's mental health, men's mental health or another niche area
