We are seeking an experienced Lead Shipper/Receiver to run our daily shipping & receiving operations. This role is responsible for coordinating all aspects of our outgoing shipping and incoming receiving activities to ensure an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, organize, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment based on customer and internal work requirements
- Prepare waybills online through carrier websites
- Prepare customs documents for outgoing USA & international shipments as required
- Receive incoming parts and materials shipments, and inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness
- Organize stocking of new inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Accurate completion of paperwork for outgoing and incoming shipments

Qualifications

- Previous experience of being in charge of shipping/receiving and warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills




- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word/Excel, emails, inventory software, and navigating the internet & websites
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely
- Forklift usage

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
