As a Building Operator, you will operate and maintain equipment and systems to Hines quality standards. The work includes HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems. You will respond to tenant requests, complete maintenance tasks, and support property appearance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond professionally to tenant requests and emergencies
- Perform rounds, record readings, and complete engineer logs
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systems
- Operate major equipment through the Building Automation System
- Monitor contractors and external service providers

Requirements:

- BES 1 and 2 required
- Two or more years facilities operation and maintenance experience
- Third or fourth class Operating Engineer preferred
- Ontario trades certification of qualification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
