Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring timely shipping and receiving of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse distribution, mechanical knowledge, and experience with various types of heavy equipment. Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse
- Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment to ensure accurate delivery of customer orders
- Load and unload trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment and report any mechanical issues
- Assist with warehouse organization, including construction or rearrangement projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all operations
- Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating deliveries and pickups

Skills





- Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other heavy equipment in a warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 software
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of order picker operation and warehouse safety protocols
- Construction or heavy equipment operation experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking and inventory control
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
