RE/MAX EN is a dynamic and growing real estate brokerage committed to providing exceptional service and support to our Realtors, employees, and clients. We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Junior IT Support & Videographer.

This hybrid role combines hands-on IT support and technical troubleshooting with videography, video editing, and training. The successful candidate will help maintain the brokerage's technology systems, provide day-to-day technical assistance, and create engaging video content to support our marketing and promotional initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technology, has a creative eye, and is eager to develop their skills in both IT and video production within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

1. IT Support & Technical Assistance

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, Realtors, and management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, email, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining computers, mobile devices, printers, user accounts, and office technology.
- Support new employee onboarding and coordinate with external IT providers as needed.

2. Network Security & System Maintenance

- Assist with maintaining company network security, system access, and data protection.
- Monitor software updates, identify potential security risks, and help ensure systems operate efficiently.

3. Videography & Video Editing

- Film, edit, and produce video content for social media, real estate marketing, company events, and promotional purposes.
- Assist with video concepts, editing, graphics, captions, transitions, and other visual elements.




- Work with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with company branding.
- Maintain video equipment, footage, and digital files.

4. Teaching & Training

- Provide employees and Realtors with training and support on company technology, software, and equipment.
- Teach and assist employees with video editing software and techniques.
- Create basic training guides and tutorials and provide one-on-one assistance when needed.

5. Documentation & Administration

- Maintain IT documentation, equipment records, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist with technology-related projects and other duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

- Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, Videography, or a related field.
- Previous IT support or help desk experience is an asset.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Experience with video filming, editing, and post-production software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to recent technology.
- Real estate industry experience is an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
