Event Bartender – Mobile Bar Services

Aurum Bar Services is looking for friendly, reliable bartenders to join our mobile bar team for weddings, private parties, corporate events and special celebrations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making cocktails, connecting with guests and delivering professional service. Shifts are based on event bookings, with evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine and spirits.
- Follow event drink menus and recipes for consistent quality.
- Set up the portable bar, including equipment, mixers, garnishes and supplies.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices and check identification when required.
- Keep the bar clean, organized and stocked throughout service.
- Help pack down, clean equipment and load supplies after events.
- Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.

What we’re looking for





- Previous bartending experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
- A qualified appearance, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy events.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to event locations across the Lower Mainland.
- Ability to safely move bar supplies and equipment.
- Wedding, banquet or mobile bar experience is an asset.

Position details

- Job type: Casual / on-call
- Location: Various event venues across the Lower Mainland, BC
- Pay: $19 - $25 per hour
- Schedule: Based on event bookings; hours vary
