As a Retail Sales Associate at Olive Your Favourites, you’ll help guide customers through a selection of our products. Assist in sampling, bottling, and invoicing. You’ll assist with in-store sales, packaging, tasking, and helping maintain attractive, well-stocked displays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer product questions, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash accurately, and support cashiering. Quickbooks and Microsoft Office background is helpful.
- Replenish merchandise, maintain displays, and assist with merchandising and online order tasks. Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
- Prospect for growth into more of a key holder position.
Skills
Required: Clear communication, English proficiency, positive customer service, retail sales, sales support, POS operation, cash handling, and ability to perform physical tasking. Preferred: A culinary background, someone who prepares their own meals and enjoys the processes of cooking and baking.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 21.0 – 38.0 per week
