About WEWELL

WEWELL is an integrated health and wellness destination bringing together fitness, medical care, nutrition and recovery under one roof.

Our mission is to help people improve their health, optimize their biological age and live healthier, longer lives.

We combine modern assessment technology, personalized health strategies and multidisciplinary expertise to help clients understand where their health stands today, identify opportunities for improvement and take meaningful action.

The opportunity

At WEWELL, we believe better health comes from addressing the body as a whole. Our approach brings together movement, nutrition, medical care and recovery to help clients improve their health, optimize their biological age and build a healthier future.

Every client has different needs and ambitions. Whether it's an athlete looking to improve performance, someone managing obesity or metabolic health challenges, a woman navigating hormonal changes, or an individual focused on healthy aging, our goal is to create a personalized path toward better health.

Through our structured 12-week programs, our practitioners work collaboratively to assess each client's health, identify opportunities for improvement and develop an integrated plan combining their expertise.

As part of our FUEL department, you'll play a central role in this journey. You'll translate nutritional assessments, body-composition data and individual health goals into personalized meal plans and practical strategies, while working closely with our fitness, medical and recovery professionals.

You'll accompany clients throughout their program, monitoring progress, adapting recommendations and providing the guidance and accountability needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results.

We're looking for someone who sees nutrition not as an isolated consultation, but as an essential part of a coordinated approach to better health.

Your responsibilities

1. Develop personalized 12-week nutrition programs

- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments covering health history, goals, lifestyle, dietary habits and individual challenges.
- Develop structured 12-week nutrition plans with clearly defined objectives, nutritional targets, milestones and follow-up schedules.
- Create detailed, practical meal plans with appropriate portions, food alternatives and strategies adapted to each client's needs, preferences and lifestyle.
- Tailor interventions to a broad range of goals, including athletic performance, fat loss, obesity management, muscle development, metabolic health, hormonal health and healthy aging.
- Continuously review and adjust nutrition strategies based on adherence, client feedback and measured progress.
- Establish a clear continuation strategy to help clients maintain and build on their results beyond the initial program.

2. Apply expertise in sports, metabolic and hormonal nutrition

We are particularly interested in practitioners with experience in one or more of the following areas:

- Sports nutrition: Performance fueling, training-day nutrition, recovery, muscle development, endurance and strength-based training.
- Body composition and weight management: Sustainable fat loss, muscle preservation, nutritional adequacy and obesity management.
- Hormonal health: Nutritional considerations related to menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, thyroid conditions and other hormone-related health concerns, in coordination with appropriate medical practitioners.
- Metabolic health: Nutrition strategies supporting insulin resistance, blood glucose management, cardiometabolic health and healthy aging.
- GLP-1 nutrition: Personalized nutrition support for clients using weight-management medications, with particular attention to adequate intake, muscle preservation and long-term sustainability.

3. Interpret body-composition data and translate it into action

WEWELL uses modern assessment technology,

including 3D body scanning and body-composition analysis, to help clients better understand their bodies and monitor progress.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with objective measurements and knows how to translate data into meaningful nutritional strategies.

- Review and interpret body-composition reports, including available measurements and estimates of fat mass, lean mass, body-fat percentage and body dimensions.
- Understand how body composition relates to nutritional requirements, strength, physical performance and metabolic health.
- Establish realistic, individualized targets based on assessment findings and client goals.
- Compare results over time, identify meaningful trends and adjust nutrition interventions accordingly, while recognizing measurement limitations.
- Present findings through transparent progress reports, charts and visual comparisons that clients can easily understand.
- Work closely with trainers and other practitioners to align nutrition strategies with physical training and health objectives.

4. Use digital nutrition tracking and analysis tools

We believe technology can help make nutrition more personalized, practical and effective.

- Use nutrition tracking application Cronometer to assess nutritional intake and support clients when appropriate.
- Establish and review individualized targets for calories, protein, macronutrients, fibre and other relevant nutrients.
- Analyze food logs, eating patterns and adherence to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate tracking data into specific, actionable feedback and informed adjustments to meal plans.
- Use digital tools to create understandable progress charts, reports and summaries that help clients visualize their achievements.
- Help clients use technology as a tool for awareness, accountability and sustainable behaviour change.

5. Provide structured follow-up and measurable progress

We believe the support clients receive throughout their journey is just as important as the initial assessment.

- Establish a clear follow-up schedule as part of each 12-week nutrition program.
- Monitor implementation, adherence, challenges and progress between major assessments.
- Provide practical guidance, encouragement and timely adjustments to help clients stay on track.
- Conduct progress reviews at defined milestones, supported by relevant measurements and tracking data.
- Prepare clear progress reports highlighting achievements, areas for improvement and recommended next steps.
- Complete a final program assessment summarizing outcomes and proposing a personalized continuation strategy.

6. Collaborate across WEWELL's integrated health team

One of WEWELL's greatest strengths is our ability to connect different areas of health into one coordinated experience.

- Work closely with personal trainers and kinesiologists to align nutrition with strength, body composition, performance and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with naturopathic doctors and other healthcare practitioners when additional clinical support is appropriate.
- Contribute nutritional expertise to integrated client health plans, ensuring interventions across MOVE, CARE, REST and FUEL complement one another.
- Communicate relevant findings, progress and recommendations with the client's care team, with appropriate consent.
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions to evaluate progress and refine strategies throughout the 12-week program.

7. Contribute to our GLP-1 nutrition support pathway

WEWELL is developing a dedicated nutrition and body-composition approach for clients using GLP-1 medications under appropriate medical supervision.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in:

- Nutrition during medically supervised weight management.
- Supporting adequate protein and overall nutritional intake.
- Helping preserve muscle mass through nutrition and coordinated strength training.
- Adapting meal plans to changes in appetite, food tolerance and digestive symptoms.
- Monitoring nutritional risks and body-composition trends throughout the weight-loss journey.
- Supporting sustainable habits and long-term weight maintenance.
- Collaborating with prescribing clinicians and other practitioners within their respective professional scopes.

What we're looking for

- Registered Dietitian in good standing with the relevant regulatory college, or qualified Nutritionist with appropriate education and professional experience.
- Strong experience developing personalized meal plans and structured nutrition programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in sports nutrition, body-composition management, weight management or metabolic health.
- Knowledge of nutritional considerations related to hormonal health, including menopause, PCOS or thyroid-related conditions, is highly valued.
- Ability to adapt nutrition strategies to diverse client profiles, from athletes to individuals living with obesity or managing metabolic health concerns.
- Experience interpreting body-composition assessments and using results to guide nutrition interventions.
- Confidence using nutrition tracking applications, digital assessment tools and progress-monitoring systems.
- Ability to create structured nutrition plans, clear progress reports and practical recommendations.
- Strong understanding of behaviour change, client accountability and long-term adherence.
- Experience collaborating with healthcare and fitness professionals.
- Excellent communication, organizational and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, curious and collaborative approach to helping clients achieve meaningful results.

Experience supporting clients using GLP-1 medications or working within a multidisciplinary health and wellness environment is a strong advantage.

All clinical responsibilities will be aligned with the practitioner's qualifications, competence and professional scope of practice.
