Compensation: $80,000–$150,000+ OTE — part-time, commission-based (keep your current job). Uncapped. Example: ~$15,000–$18,000 per deal; a good partner lands several firms a year.

Conseillab builds the business case a client's CFO signs — the funding case that turns a stalled transformation into an approved project. We sell it white-label to consulting and IT-services firms. We have a strong presence in Quebec and are expanding into the US. We are now opening the channel across the rest of Canada (outside Quebec) and hiring business development partners by region.

You will:

- Open doors at consulting and IT-services firms (partners, practice leads, delivery directors).
- Book and run first meetings, and move firms toward a partner agreement.
- Open the channel only — you do not deliver the work or sell to end clients.

You bring:

- Existing, warm relationships inside consulting or IT-services firms in your province (Ontario, BC, Alberta, or elsewhere in Canada outside Quebec).




- A track record of opening doors with senior people.
- Self-direction. This is part-time and sits alongside your current work — keep your job, open the firms you already know. A partnership with real upside, not a junior role.

You get:

- Part time, pure commission — keep your current job. A recoverable draw is available if you later go full-time.
- $400 per qualified meeting, $2,000 per firm signed.
- 12% of our fee on each business case booked (deals are $125K–$150K), paid when we are paid.
- Residual on repeat business and a share of project success fees. Uncapped. Do well and you can grow into leading your own regional team of reps, earning on their production too.
