Duties

- Prepare ingredients and meals for sushi service, following established recipes and kitchen procedures.
- Cook and assemble menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Handle food safely, maintain clean work areas, and store ingredients appropriately.
- Assist with serving, coordinate with kitchen colleagues, and help keep service running smoothly.

Qualifications

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, food handling,



and food safety skills are important for preparing and serving meals responsibly. Careful work habits and the ability to support organized kitchen service help maintain consistent quality. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, kitchen, or food industry experience, including meal preparation, is an advantage and can help you contribute confidently during busy service. Your impact: Thoughtful preparation and safe handling help customers enjoy quality meals while colleagues deliver dependable service.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 11.0 – 22.0 per week
