Restore, Renovate, Build (RRB) is looking for two dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.

We are a property restoration and construction company handling everything from emergency flood and fire cleanup to mould remediation, asbestos abatement and residential construction repairs.

No restoration experience? We are willing to train the right candidates.

What you'll be doing

Our technicians work across several areas of the business, including:

Emergency Restoration

- Water extraction and flood cleanup.
- Fire and smoke damage cleanup.
- Demolition and removal of damaged building materials.
- Setting up and monitoring commercial drying equipment.
- Handling and protecting customer contents.

Mould & Asbestos Remediation

- Assisting with mould remediation projects.
- Participating in asbestos abatement projects when appropriately trained and qualified.
- Maintaining safe work areas and following required procedures.

Construction & Renovation

- Drywall installation and repairs.
- Painting and finishing.
- General renovation and repair work.
- Demolition and material removal.

Shop & Equipment Maintenance

- Cleaning and organizing the shop.
- Maintaining company vehicles and equipment.
- Preparing equipment and materials for upcoming jobs.

What we're looking for





- Dependable, punctual and hardworking individuals.
- Valid Ontario G-class driver's licence and good driving record.
- Comfortable with physically demanding work.
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
- Construction, renovation, painting, demolition, restoration or general labour experience is an asset, but not required.

Work Schedule & On-Call Requirements

Our workload varies depending on emergency restoration demands and construction projects. Employees may be assigned work in different areas of our business to provide additional working opportunities.

Our On-Call Schedule – Flexibility Matters

Our technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule. We understand that your time is valuable,



so you are free to work another job, drive for Uber or delivery services, or go about your normal activities while on call.

You are not required to stay home or sit around waiting for a call. You simply need to remain reachable and be able to respond promptly and attend emergency assignments when called.

- Rotating on-call days shared fairly among the team.
- Freedom to earn additional income through another job or gig work while on call.
- Ability to swap on-call days with coworkers, provided coverage is maintained.
- Additional shifts may be available on days you are not scheduled for on-call, depending on workload.

This position requires flexibility and availability for emergency response, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
