What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate a plow truck to remove snow from commercial properties
- Apply sand, salt, or other de-icing products as needed
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
- Use a cell phone or tablet to track time, take before-and-after photos, and record detailed notes
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience operating a plow truck and sander preferred (priority given to candidates with this experience)
- Reliable and available on call when weather permits (most shifts are overnight or early morning)
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn a current mobile app for reporting
- Friendly, responsible, and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible and comfortable with an unpredictable, weather-dependent schedule
- Possess a Class 5 driver’s licence with a clear record
- Have a working cell phone for call-outs and communication

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
