We are looking for a qualified Server and/or Bartender to join our team at a busy upscale Italian restaurant.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 5-years of experience serving in upscale dining environments, is proficient in Italian food and wine culture and is able to deliver memorable guests experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

Server Responsibilities:

- Greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Make food and beverage pairing suggestions
- Prepare sections and mis en place.
- Take orders
- Collect payments from tables.
- Navigate and assist with allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with training of new staff members
- Process incoming reservation using Open Table / Guest Centre application
