Duties
- Operate a truck on assigned routes, following applicable road rules and safe driving practices.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload freight; use a forklift or other heavy equipment when appropriate and authorized.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after trips, report defects, and perform basic automotive repair tasks when suitable.
- Coordinate delivery details and freight status with colleagues, helping them plan handling and next steps.
