Overview

The Naturopathic Doctor provides thoughtful, individualized patient care, helping patients understand their health concerns and make informed decisions. The role combines attentive communication, careful documentation, and collaboration to support a respectful, organized care experience.

Duties

- Meet with patients to understand their concerns, health histories, and care goals.
- Explain relevant health information in clear language, using medical terminology accurately and appropriately.
- Develop and discuss individualized care plans, including pediatric considerations when relevant to patient needs and the scope of care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate with colleagues to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

Required:



Strong patient-care skills, clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to document information accurately and use medical terminology appropriately. A thoughtful, respectful approach supports productive conversations with patients and colleagues.

Preferred: Familiarity with pediatrics and experience supporting patients with varied needs are advantageous. Organization, attentive listening, and collaborative communication can help you contribute to a welcoming care environment and support coordinated patient experiences.

Pay: $41,200.00-$141,000.00 per year
