We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor with a strong background in Ford vehicles and dealership service operations who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and maximizing service department performance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3+ years of Ford dealership experience as a Service Advisor.
- Experience working with CDK and/or PBS dealership management systems.
- Previous experience using X-Time scheduling software.
- Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles, maintenance, and repair services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and determine their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate recommendations.
- Explain required maintenance and repairs to customers.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
- Build customer loyalty through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Identify additional service opportunities while putting the customer's needs first.
