We are seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join our cleint's maintenance team in Abbotsford, BC .

Pay - $45 - $ 48 per hour + shift differentials

Shift - (3 shifts rotation) Vacation : 3 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

- Adhere to established safety procedures and ensure the secure operation of vehicles, power tools, machinery, and equipment.

- Lead and support the installation, construction, repair, and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

- Perform welding, fabrication, and other mechanical repairs as required.

- Conduct basic maintenance and repairs on forklifts, skid steers, and related equipment.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop and designated plant areas.

- Review daily communications and maintenance requests to assess, prioritize,



and address repair requirements.

- Accurately document all maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repairs.

- Continuously expand knowledge of plant machinery, equipment, and operating systems.

- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve equipment performance, operational efficiency, and preventive maintenance practices.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Valid and verified Red Seal Millwright certification is mandatory.

- A Boiler Operator ticket is considered an asset.

- Experience working with automation systems is an asset.

- A minimum of 2 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
