Support OSCO Concrete production in Dartmouth by operating loading equipment and managing aggregates safely. This full time position serves the Bedford Ready Mix plant team.
The Loader Operator moves materials through stockpiles, bins, and hoppers while maintaining accurate blends. You will help sustain plant operations through equipment inspections, yard organization, inventory tasks, and housekeeping. Heavy equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, and familiarity with safe operating procedures are required priorities for this work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loaders around aggregate stockpiles
- Move materials to bins and hoppers
- Support batching assistance and light plant labor
- Complete equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations
