Global Ramen is a Japanese restaurant specializing in Nagoya-style Taiwan Mazemen (soupless ramen). We are looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Servers to join our team.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, works well in a fast-paced workplace, and is willing to assist with various restaurant duties.

Key Responsibilities

● Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service.

● Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the Square POS system.

● Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.

● Explain menu items and make recommendations when needed.

● Check on customers to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

● Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately.

● Clear, clean, and sanitize tables between customers.

● Wash dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment as needed.

● Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and washrooms.

● Assist with food packaging and takeout orders.

● Restock supplies and complete opening and closing duties.

● Follow Alberta food safety, sanitation,



and workplace safety standards.

● Support other team members during busy periods.

Qualifications

● Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Ability to stand for extended periods.

● Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

● Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
