Who are we looking for?

- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Complies with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for liaison between Management and Owners/occupants
- Ensure completion of daily building inspections and perform efficient building operations.
- Execute maintenance and repairs and oversee the cleaning of the common areas of the building.
- Conduct training/retraining for new and existing employees in procedures regarding tools, equipment, powered machines, cleaning compounds, and other matters.
- Inspect quality of contracted services and document shortcomings or deficiencies.
- Other activities as required.

Requirements:





At least 2 years of experience as a Building SuperintendentOperator

At least 1 year of experience operating BAS System

Communication skills in English (Oral and Written)

Please note: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
