About the Role

The Senior Law Clerk will play a key role in supporting the organization's commercial leasing operations, with a focus on office and retail properties. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing lease agreements and related documentation, supporting lease negotiations, and overseeing lease administration. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and tenants, the successful candidate will help ensure efficient leasing processes and provide practical legal support across a diverse real estate portfolio.

What You Bring

- At least 8 years of experience in commercial leasing, with a focus on office and retail properties
- A recognized Law Clerk diploma or equivalent professional experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial leasing documentation, transactions, and related legal matters
- Experience with Yardi and VTS, along with advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
