Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and a love for creating delicious pizzas. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. You will also assist with other forms of food preparation as needed.

Duties

- Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
- Prepare other offerings as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and cutters safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Monitor food inventory levels to ensure freshness and availablilty.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a protected working environment.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements





- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality meals, particularly pizzas.
- Familiarity with the food industry standards related to meal preparation is a plus.
