Cool Creek Energy Ltd. is an Exxon/Esso/Mobil distributor serving customers throughout the Southern and Northern Interior and Kootenay regions of British Columbia.

We are currently looking for a reliable, safety-minded Delivery Driver to join our Kamloops team. This is a permanent, full-time position with an excellent wage and benefits package and opportunities for growth within the company.

About the Position

This position is approximately 80% driving and customer delivery and 20% yard and operational support.

You will spend the majority of your time on the road delivering DEF, lubricants, and related products to our customers while providing professional and exceptional customer service. When you are not making deliveries, you will assist with general yard, warehouse, and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Customer Service — Approximately 80%

- Safely deliver lubricants, and related products to commercial and residential customers.
- Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while following all company safety procedures.
- Provide professional, courteous, and reliable customer service.
- Complete required delivery paperwork and documentation.
- Safely load, secure, and unload products.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Yard & Operations Support — Approximately 20%

- Assist with shipment preparation and loading.
- Provide general warehouse and yard support.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and work area.
- Operate a forklift when required and trained.




- Perform seasonal snow removal and general property maintenance.
- Assist other members of the operations team as required.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid British Columbia Class 3 driver's licence with Air Brake endorsement.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Safe driving history and strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift up to 22 kg (50 lbs); hand bombing will be required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong teamwork and a positive, dependable attitude.
- Ability to work independently while managing a daily delivery schedule.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional driving experience.
- Experience in the fuel, lubricant, transportation, or industrial supply industry.
- Forklift experience.
- TDG and WHMIS experience.
- Experience working in a yard, warehouse, or distribution environment.
