Medical Receptionist / Clinical Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist / Clinical Assistant to join our busy family practice and walk-in clinic.

Responsibilities:

- Patient registration, scheduling and telephone inquiries
- Managing referrals, faxes and patient records
- Using OSCAR Pro EMR for daily administrative and clinical tasks
- Taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations
- Assisting physicians with clinical procedures
- Maintaining efficient patient flow and clinic operations

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a medical office (mandatory)
- Proficiency with OSCAR Pro EMR (mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Robust multitasking,



organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility for evenings and Saturdays
- Phlebotomy and injection experience are strong assets otherwise willing to take the course

IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT apply if you do not have at least 1 year of medical office experience AND working knowledge of OSCAR Pro EMR. Both are mandatory requirements.
