The Hockey Shop is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Goalie Department Sales Associate to join our team. If you’ve spent time between the pipes and love talking gear, this role could be the perfect fit.

Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service on the sales floor and over the phone.
- Fit goalies of all ages and levels correctly in pads, gloves, blockers, chest protectors, masks, and goalie skates.
- Stay knowledgeable about all brands of goalie gear and share honest, first-hand advice with customers.
- Restock product and keep the goalie department organized and clean.
- Provide feedback on improvements and efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Ice hockey goalie experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of goalie equipment and how it should fit.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Available to work weekends.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and work well with the team.
- Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
