Time to get your career in gear! ServiceMaster is currently looking to hire an Operations Supervisor.

Will be responsible for various duties including, organizing staff coverage, inspection audits reporting for cleanliness, performing inspections, responding to customer requests, training new hires, other cleaning duties. On Call component.

Monday to Friday (part-time) - shift schedule hours may vary (possibly weekend shifts depending on business needs)

Compensation: $20 per hour (hourly)

- Organizing Staff
- Reporting to Operations Manager
- Performing Routine Cleanliness Inspections/Audits
- Responding to Customer requests
- Training recent hires
- Will be required to use and perform/train on basic maintenance of powered cleaning equipment.
- On-call Component
- Other cleaning duties.

Requirements





- Must have valid SIN card and be authorized to work in Canada.
- Experience in using email, and apps on a smart phone.
- 2 years experience in janitorial services preferred.
- Experience in FC or logistics will be an asset.
- Oral communication in English required.
- Secondary language Spanish an asset.
- Must live in Mississauga.
- Must have a Valid G License, valid auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
- Training will be provided to successful candidates.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour
