Key Responsibilities:

- Lead dynamic Reformer and Heated Mat Pilates classes while incorporating red light therapy.
- Guide students with proper form, modifications, and encouragement.
- Maintain a positive, community-driven class workplace.
- Ensure safe and correct use of equipment (reformers, infrared panels, red light devices).

Qualifications:

✔ Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Reformer)

✔ 1+ year teaching experience in Pilates or group fitness

✔ Passion for holistic wellness and recovery techniques

✔ Enthusiastic, reliable, and confident leading small to medium groups

✔ CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

About Us:

Classes We Offer:

- Reformer Pilates + Red Light Therapy – Strength-focused, reformer-based Pilates workouts with red light therapy for recovery and well-being.
- Heated Mat Pilates (Infrared + Red Light) – Mat Pilates in a warm infrared-heated studio, designed for flexibility, detoxification, and deeper muscle activation.

Preferred Time to Teach:
Friday Morning : 9AM
Monday and Tuesday Evening (6PM or 7PM) - MAT Pilates only
Thursday: 5:30 PM - Mat Pilates

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
