We partner directly with local real estate agents, home buyers, and sellers to tackle property inspection deficiencies, post-sale repairs, and pre-listing punch lists efficiently and professionally.

​We are launching our dedicated Service Division and seeking a skilled, adaptable, and self-sufficient Lead Handyman / Service Technician to run day-to-day repair operations on-site.

​Position Overview ​As the Lead Handyman for our Service Division, you will be the face of CTM Design & Build on smaller residential repair and maintenance projects. You will manage a high volume of diverse tasks—ranging from quick punch-list items and minor cosmetic updates to hardware installation and basic exterior maintenance. ​If you are a versatile problem solver who takes pride in clean, detailed work and can comfortably interact with homeowners and real estate clients, this role is for you.

​Key Responsibilities ​Real Estate Deficiencies: Execute home inspection repair lists for properties closing or going to market (fixing sticking doors, drywall touch-ups, trim repairs, sealing gaps, minor plumbing/electrical updates within scope).

​General Carpentry & Repairs: Repair interior/exterior trim, repair or build out sections of wooden fences/gates, adjust cabinetry, install baseboards, and repair decks.

​Exterior Touch-Ups: Minor exterior painting, caulking windows/doors, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning/repair.

​Fixture & Hardware Installation:



Mount TVs, hang mirrors, install blinds/curtains, replace light fixtures/faucets, swap cabinet hardware, and assemble furniture.

​Light Logistics: Assist clients with minor site cleanup, light packing/moving of boxes/furniture as needed for project access or estate prep.

​Client Communication: Represent the company professionally on-site, inspect tasks, communicate project timelines directly to clients, and log completed work.

​Qualifications & Requirements ​5+ years of experience in general residential construction, home maintenance, or handyman services. ​Broad Skill Set: Proficient in drywall patching, painting, light carpentry, hardware installation, and basic home troubleshooting.

​Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (work truck or reliable transportation required).

​Own Hand Tools & Cordless Power Tools (specialty equipment provided as needed). ​Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

​Excellent customer service skills—clean, respectful, punctual, and communicative. ​Physical ability to lift up to 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
