Overview

Meat Wrappers & Stackers (Heavy Lifting) prepare, package, and stack meat products in a food-processing or manufacturing workplace. This hands-on role supports orderly production and careful handling of products while following sanitation and food-safety practices.

Duties

- Wrap and package meat products, checking that packaging is secure and products are handled carefully.
- Stack and move packaged products, using safe lifting practices and keeping work areas organized.
- Support meat processing and cutting tasks as assigned, following established procedures.
- Clean work surfaces and equipment, maintain sanitary conditions, and report equipment concerns.

Experience

Required: Practical ability to package and stack products, handle heavy lifting safely, follow sanitation and food-safety practices, and work carefully in a production setting. Attention to detail and reliable teamwork support consistent handling and an orderly workspace. Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, the food industry, butchery, food processing, or meat cutting is helpful; mechanical knowledge can also support effective work around production equipment.

Pay: $17.95 per hour
