Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Pathway Wealth is one of Canada's fastest-growing fee-for-service financial planning firms, built around a YouTube-driven education model and a deep commitment to retirement planning done right. We are growing fast and we need a media coordinator to take over some of our social media details and other marketing efforts. We do three things exceptionally well: discovery, planning, and clarity. No product pushing. No hidden agendas. Just honest, comprehensive financial plans for Canadians approaching or in retirement.

What you'll do:

- Produce high-quality, platform-specific content (including short-form video/reels, graphics, photography, and written copy) for channels such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Build, manage, and maintain an up-to-date editorial and posting calendar
- Monitor and answer comments and messaging on all social media platforms




- Develop and send monthly newsletters
- Collaborate with CEO (and team) to create social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals

Must have:

- Located in Winnipeg

Nice to have:

- Diploma or Degree in Communication Services or Digital Media Design/ related field

$25/hr
