At Luma Cleaning, we believe a clean home creates peace of mind. We're a growing local residential cleaning company serving St. Thomas and the surrounding area, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Residential Cleaner with their own vehicle to join our team.

What You'll Do

Drive to scheduled client homes in St. Thomas and surrounding communities using your own vehicle.

Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other residential spaces.

Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces using Luma Cleaning's approved methods and products.

Follow detailed cleaning checklists so every home meets our quality standards.

Tidy and organize living spaces, and complete light laundry tasks when requested.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients and follow any special instructions.

Arrive on time and manage your schedule to complete each appointment thoroughly.

Take care of company equipment and supplies and report any maintenance or inventory needs.

Respect our clients' privacy and represent Luma Cleaning with professionalism, honesty, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)





Your own reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Ontario driver's licence. This is required.

Willingness to drive between multiple client homes during your shift, in all seasons.

Dependability and punctuality. Our clients count on us.

Also Important

Residential cleaning or housekeeping experience is an asset but not required. We provide paid training.

Strong attention to detail and pride in consistent, high-quality work.

Valuable time management and organizational skills.

Friendly, professional communication and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work independently or alongside a teammate.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and do repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
