WhiteRose Janitorial Services is currently seeking reliable and experienced Condominium Superintendents to provide temporary coverage at various residential properties in Toronto, Markham, and Pickering.
These positions will involve covering temporary vacancies, staff absences, and vacation relief for periods ranging from approximately 15 days to one month.
Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working at different building locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- Conduct regular building inspections.
- Respond to residents' requests and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate and monitor building-related tasks.
- Ensure the property is maintained to company standards.
Requirements
- Previous condominium superintendent or building maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning, maintenance, and building operations.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to travel between Toronto, Markham, and Pickering.
- Availability for temporary assignments of 15 days to one month.
