Coachwood Group Inc. is seeking a witty and community-focused Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. This role is dedicated to fostering online community relationships and keeping our brands relevant through active engagement, trend monitoring, and strategic interactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for social media, an excellent sense of humor, and an innate ability to spot viral opportunities early.

This is not a content creation role—it’s about driving engagement and making meaningful connections with our audiences.

Duties

- Actively engage with online communities across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for timely, relevant interactions.
- Respond to comments, messages, and conversations to foster relationships and build community loyalty.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice while demonstrating humor, wit, and creativity.
- Stay up-to-date with viral trends and leverage them to keep our brands relevant.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social interactions align with brand objectives and product offerings.
- Track and report on engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts, with portfolio or case studies to demonstrate success.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends.
- Strong familiarity with sports, including hockey, baseball, basketball, football, soccer, and more.




- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft witty, engaging responses.
- Ability to adapt to and represent multiple brand voices authentically.
- Experience identifying viral content and trends early on.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations across platforms simultaneously.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location & Hours

- Location: Windsor, Ontario
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
