We are looking to hire Sub-Contractors for Quality Drywall Sanding & Touch Up

Join a quality-focused crew completing drywall sanding and touch-up work on construction projects. You’ll prepare surfaces, address imperfections, and help deliver clean, consistent finishes. This hands-on role suits people who take pride in careful work, coordinate well with others, and can adapt to project needs. Your impact: smooth, well-finished surfaces help crews move projects forward and give customers a polished result.

Duties

- Sand drywall surfaces and identify areas needing additional preparation or touch-up.
- Apply touch-up materials as appropriate to the work.
- Use hand tools to complete minor finishing tasks.
- Follow project plans, coordinate with crew members, and keep work areas orderly.

Experience

Required: Practical drywall finishing skills, careful sanding and touch-up technique, attention to detail, and the ability to follow project instructions and work cooperatively with a crew. Preferred: Construction experience, including construction painting, related hands-on experience can support productive, consistent finishing.

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
