Line Cook – Bin 4 Burger Lounge (Saanich) * Please note: you must have Wednesday through Sunday PM availability to be considered for this role.

Our Saanich team is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

- Opening and closing the kitchen
- Setting up, stocking, and maintaining the line for daily service
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting menu items according to Bin 4 recipes and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstations
- Assisting with food preparation and inventory as needed
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications

- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience (1 year preferred, but not required)
- Food Safe Level 1 certification is an asset
