Our practice is privately owned with lots to offer a new team member. We are also offering a signing bonus, and it will be determined with level of experience. Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am-5pm (No evenings or weekends)
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and preventive care.
Duties
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Utilize Abel software for patient record management and scheduling, Training provided!
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Assist in the diagnosis of oral diseases by conducting screenings and taking X-rays.
- Provide support in pediatric dentistry,
ensuring a friendly environment for young patients.
- Collaborate with dentists in treatment planning and execution, including orthodontic procedures.
- Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient experience and retention.
Qualifications
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
- Proficiency in Abeldent, TRAINING provided
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Experience in a dental office setting, particularly in day to day is an advantage.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Previous experience in dental hygiene is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $45.00-$63.00 per hour
