Program Director / Residence Manager — Erin Care Home Erin Care Home is hiring a Program Director / Residence Manager for its children's residence at 32 Spiers Road, Town of Erin, Ontario. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position. The start date is November 2026. The workday is 8 hours per day, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Salary: $35,200 to $63,884 per year. About the residence The residence is a children's residence for 4 residents ages 12 to 18, operated under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA), Part IX, and Ontario Regulation 156/18. Responsibilities - Lead the day-to-day operation of the children's residence and support a safe, stable, and caring home workplace for children ages 12 to 18. - Oversee admissions and service agreements under section 88 of the CYFSA. - Oversee plans of care under section 94 of the CYFSA, including safety plans. - Oversee serious occurrence reporting.



- Lead staffing and training. - Oversee ministry documentation and licensing readiness. - Work within a no-restraint model. Qualifications - Qualifications under Ontario Regulation 156/18, section 80.3: a certificate, diploma, or degree with academic and practical content directly relevant to the duties, the program, and the needs of the children, or directly relevant skills and experience. - Ideally, a Child and Youth Care (CYW) diploma, Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), or Social Service Worker (SSW) diploma, with 3 to 5 years of children's residential experience. - First Aid/CPR required.
