Poly Radon and CFI board installation expertise -Site Crew leadership/Supervisor

Must be able to travel- inside and outside of Edmonton. Some out of town work. Other cities and other provinces

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Supervisor to lead foundation waterproofing and dampproofing crews. Hands-on experience installing CFI board (concrete face insulation) and Radon Poly membrane is required. You will organize daily site activities, support installers, coordinate with project contacts, and ensure work meets project requirements and safety standards.

This role combines crew leadership, jobsite coordination, quality control, and practical installation experience. The ideal candidate takes pride in workmanship, communicates clearly, and keeps safety at the forefront of every job.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and supervise daily foundation waterproofing activities, assigning work and coordinating crew members, materials, tools, and equipment.

· Lead through example in your own installation practices

· Oversee foundation waterproofing and dampproofing applications, ensuring work follows project specifications and manufacturer instructions.

· Review drawings and site conditions, confirm material requirements, and coordinate deliveries and equipment.

· Inspect work throughout installation, identify deficiencies, and arrange timely corrections.

· Lead safety discussions,



reinforce safe work practices, and address unsafe conditions promptly.

· Train and support crew members in installation methods, equipment use, and quality expectations.

· Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades to resolve site issues.

· Maintain daily records of progress, crew hours, material use, and outstanding issues.

Qualifications

· Hands-on experience in foundation waterproofing and dampproofing.

· Must know how to install CFI board (concrete face insulation).

· Previous experience as a supervisor, foreperson, or crew lead.

· Ability to read drawings, follow specifications, and understand product installation requirements.

· Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Commitment to protected work practices and consistent workmanship.

· Ability to perform hands-on site duties and work outdoors in changing weather conditions, with reasonable accommodation where required.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 50.0 per week

Experience:

- poly Radon and CFI board installation : 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License- 5 years clean abstract (required)
- CSTS (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
