Dynamic is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, hands-on individual to become a key part of our growing snow removal and property services company.

We want someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running, preventing problems before they happen, finding practical solutions, and helping improve our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

- Equipment Maintenance & Repairs: Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on snow removal equipment, trucks, loaders, skid steers, snow pushers, and other machinery.
- Snowstorm Readiness: Ensure all equipment is fully serviced, inspected, and operational before, during, and after snow events.
- Emergency Problem-Solving: Respond to mechanical issues during snow operations and help minimize equipment downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and maintain service schedules, equipment records, and inspection procedures.




- Fabrication & Improvements: Build, modify, repair, or create custom equipment, attachments, tools, and practical solutions when needed.

- Operational Support: Work alongside the team during snow events when needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Business Development & Growth: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce costs, develop new systems, and support the company's expansion.

Who We're Looking For:

- Someone with great positive energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude who enjoys coming to work and tackling new challenges.
- A natural team player who brings out the best in others and contributes to a positive working environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on repair experience.
- Experience with heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics, or commercial vehicles is an asset.
- Welding, fabrication, and general construction skills are a major advantage.
- Someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for something to break before taking action.
- Someone who is creative, adaptable, and always willing to learn something new.
