General Labourer / Deburr – Manufacturing

Location: Lakeshore, ON
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Days 6:00AM-4:30PM , Afternoons 4:30PM-2:00AM, rotational shifts

ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting a dependable and mechanically inclined General Labourer / Deburr to join a well-established manufacturing facility in the Lakeshore area.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable working with tools in a quick-paced manufacturing environment. Previous machine shop experience is considered an asset; however, on-the-job training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

- Cleaning and deburring manufactured parts
- Using small hand and power tools, including grinders and drills
- Performing assembly duties as required
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Completing inspection sheets accurately and on time
- Safely handling materials and assisting with crane-related operations following training
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Performing additional production duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

- Grade 12 OSSD or equivalent
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Experience using small hand and power tools such as grinders and drills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Willingness and ability to work both day and afternoon shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Machine shop or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
