DCL designs manufactures and sells advanced engineering technologies worldwide to reduce emissions and to produce clean energy. DCL supplies to world-leading engine manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, and aftermarket retrofit.

We're looking for a Mechanical Operator for our Coating dept, to join our Team.

Day shift (6am-2:30pm) available!

Primary Responsibilities:

- Operate production machinery including winding lines, loading/unloading uncoilers with steel.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Read and interpret shop manufacturing drawings.
- Load and unload the tooling and set up for various types of work with varying quantities.
- Ensure the products are manufactured and processed on time, which may require overtime hours to meet requirements.
- Perform repetitive motion tasks for extended period of time.
- Ability to work with a team and independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills required.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- **Experience in industrial machine operation (Required)
- High School Diploma
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with basic trouble shooting skills
- Need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more while multitasking repeative tasks
- Good math skills are an asset to help understand complex instructions, how schematics work, and to ensure items are designed and built correctly
- Knowledge of operating production machinery including: winding lines,



loading/unloading uncoilers with material, rollers, and automatic welding units
- Able to read and interpret manufacturing drawings
- Independent worker who requires minimum supervision
- Able to load and unload the tooling and to set up for various types of work
- Ensure the goods are manufactured and processed on time

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
