Position Summary
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our store—guiding customers through product options, demonstrating features, and helping them find the perfect eBike or fitness setup for their lifestyle and goals. Your ability to connect with customers and close sales will drive both your success and the store’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Guide customers through eBike and fitness equipment options based on their needs
- Conduct test rides and demos of eBikes and fitness machines
- Explain product features, advantages, warranties, and financing options
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized,
and visually appealing showroom
- Stay informed on the latest products and industry trends
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and building and testing products
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience (fitness or bike industry a plus)
- Passion for health, wellness, and outdoor activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Team-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn about technical specs and product features
