We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our childcare team in our Kinder Room, working with children aged 3–4 years. The ideal candidate will have experience in the childcare field and a passion for supporting children's learning, development, and well-being.

Requirements:

- Active Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (must be within the last 6 months)
- Valid Immunization/TB Test Results (must be within the last 6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children
- Plan and implement engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families regarding children's daily activities, progress, and needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, healthy,



and protected learning environment.
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Follow childcare centre policies, procedures, and applicable licensing requirements.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and cooperation among children.
- Creative and motivated to plan engaging learning experiences.
- Responsible, reliable, and professional.
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy childcare environment.
- Committed to creating an inclusive, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
