Job Summary

Servers provide attentive hospitality by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments. The role combines accurate order handling, thoughtful customer service, and coordination with colleagues to support a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, explain menu options, answer questions, and use customer service skills to support a welcoming visit.
- Take and enter orders using a POS system, including Micros POS where applicable; communicate requests clearly to kitchen colleagues.
- Serve food and beverages, assist with food preparation or handling as needed, and follow food safety and sanitation practices.
- Process payments through cashiering and cash handling, apply basic math, and manage time effectively during busy service.

Requirements

Required:



Practical customer service, serving, basic math, time management, and secure food handling skills support accurate orders, payments, and attentive guest services. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, or hospitality experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, upselling, food preparation, sanitation, and cash handling is advantageous. Your impact: Clear communication and reliable service help guests enjoy their meals and colleagues coordinate each order.

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour
