Duties
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver top-quality food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality
- Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of ingredients and supplies
- Train staff on food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, customer service skills, and proper food handling practices
- Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
